All cannabis product returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and can only be returned if unopened with the excise stamp still intact. Preventing sales to anyone under the designated legal purchasing age of 19, and to intoxicated people, is a core focus of PEI Cannabis. PEI Cannabis currently abides by a Check 30 policy whereby retail staff ask for ID from customers who appear under the age of 30. All retail staff are well-trained in ID verification and responsible service.

Federal regulations prohibit minors from seeing the product or being in a store where cannabis is sold. No person under the age of 19 is permitted in a PEI Cannabis store.
