An impaired driver is subject to charges under federal legislation and penalties under the Highway Traffic Act. You could lose your driver’s license and face potential jail time. There will be additional charges and fines if you drive impaired with a minor in the car.
Online orders may be returned to a PEI Cannabis store. Please note that the delivery fee on an online order is non-refundable. All cannabis product returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and can only be returned if unopened with the excise stamp still intact.
All cannabis and accessory product returns are only valid within 7 days of the purchase. For eligible returns, the customer may choose either a refund or exchange. Refunds for purchases made with a gift card are eligible for an exchange or a full refund to be placed back onto the gift card.
Refunds for purchases can only be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds cannot be issued to a different credit or debit card.
If your credit card or debit card number has changed (new card issued) but is for the same account, then the refund will be processed as normal.
Refunds to closed accounts may be delayed longer depending on the issuer of the credit or debit card.
Please Note: All cannabis clones and seeds are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
PEI Cannabis reserves the right to refuse any request for a product return or exchange.
Preventing sales to anyone under the designated legal purchasing age of 19, and to intoxicated people, is a core focus of PEI Cannabis. PEI Cannabis currently abides by a Check 30 policy whereby retail staff ask for ID from customers who appear under the age of 30. All retail staff are well-trained in ID verification and responsible service.
Federal regulations prohibit minors from seeing the product or being in a store where cannabis is sold. No person under the age of 19 is permitted in a PEI Cannabis store.
