If you’d like to purchase your items online and collect them in-store, select the Click and collect option during checkout. With this service, you can order and pay online, then choose a pick-up date.
Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email. Please wait for your confirmation email stating your order is ready for pickup before going to the store.
Please note that you have an extra 24 hours to pick up your order after your initial pick-up time.
No, you are not required to create an online account with the store in order to use Click and Collect. However, creating an account will allow you to save your address, information, and order history.
There is no charge for using Click and Collect.
You will need your order number and sometimes a copy of the order confirmation. You may need to present the credit card that was used to pay for the order. You will also need to present photo ID, for example drivers licence, passport, etc.
Your order may be cancelled if you are outside the specified time window for collection, so it is best to contact the store and let them know that you still intend to collect your order. This will allow them to keep your order for you.
Yes. You can designate another person to pick up your order by calling your selected store to inform them of the change. You will also need to forward your confirmation email to your designated person. On arrival at the store, the designated person must show their identification and the confirmation email that includes your order number.
Click and Collect orders placed within 1 hour of a store closing will not be processed and ready for pick up until the following day.
Yes. All our stores offer this free service.
No: this option cannot be changed once the order is placed.
You are allowed to have up to 30 grams in public. This means that you can only purchase and transport 30 grams at any one time. There are no limits to how much legally purchased cannabis you can keep in your home. Youth under the age of 19 are prohibited from possessing or consuming cannabis.
